watch out for fake sony headphone
Recently I bought the MDR-XB500 from amazon.com and because the headphone looked really real I thought I bought the real thing, the sound was somewhat muffled and provided a lot of bass which I thought it was real. Today, I tried the same MDR-XB500 at the sony store and found out the packaging that I got for the MDR-XB500 was fake. The fake headphone looked nearly identical to the real thing, except the sony one had a little bit of gloss to it and the sound quality for the headphone is a lot better. The fake packaging for the sony headphone is the gold packaging which looks similar to the sony mdr v-6.
