Read this if you want to play your old school games the right way.
I was in the dark for many years playing my Snes, Genesis, Saturn in S-video thinking that was the best video output I could get out of these old school systems. Thanks to this device you will now be able to play your old school games in rgb. The way they were meant to be played. I've been using this scart to component coverter on a 27 inch Sony Wega tube and it works flawlessly. I've tried it with the following systems: Genesis, SNES, Saturn, Dreamcast. All these systems output a excellent rgb video signal. I haven't tried it with my Neo-Geo Aes since it is component modded.

I did not give this item 5 stars because its not compatible with all tv's, especially newer lcd/plasmas. I tried it on a 50 inch Samsung plasma I recently bought and got a distorted image. I even opened up the converter and tried adjusting the settings but just couldn't get it to look right. I've seen videos on youtube of it working on a lcd so I guess it just doesn't like my plasma for some... ....READ PRODUCT DETAIL
