Repairing a commercial installation
we use XM for "music on hold". The company who installed the equipment in our 3 story building was no longer in business and I wasn't having a lot of luck finding anybody who wanted to work on it, so I decided to take a chance that the screen reading "ANTENNA" meant that my antenna was bad. It was a toss up between that and the cable, which would have been a lot harder for me to deal with. Turned out the replacement did the trick, haven't had any trouble with it since replacing it. It is an exact replacement for what was already there and I didn't need to use any of the mount equipment that came with it, so I still have those in reserve.
