When I did a web search for replacement power supplies/12V adapters for my Privia P-320 it brought me to Amazon and GearNuts. I ordered two and they arrived promptly with no problem. Unfortunately the adapters are the wrong ones for my Privia. It's possible that the search terms were confusing to the search engine. Or maybe the info in the online description is wrong.
