Everything I have been seeking in a stereo BT headset
- Functional Active Noise cancelling? Check.

- Can charge and talk/listen to audio/music at the same time? Check.

- Real stereo instead of the 'dual mono' of other devices? Check.

- Hands-free controls that really work correctly via BT? Check.
NOTE: The forward/reverse buttons do not work while charging. It's not a gripe for me - because if I am charging, then I am not mobile.

- Good sound? Check. The treble is not raspy, and the bass is strong and flat - not bloomy.
