i own the Brainwavz M3 Hi-Fi In-ear Headphones;

i'm posting a product review here because brainwavz has a revolving product line. this failure to keep a product line alive is suspect and indicative of bad business/bad marketing/bad products and ultimately, bad customer service. isn't it beyond ridiculous to have 14 different earbud products ?

the problem i have with the m3 is that they started cutting in and out after three months of use. there is a short in the cord at the base. i doubt that there have been product enhancement modifications with any of their newer models to correct this. has there been ? to resolve this issue ? i'm disappointed with the m3 because they were designed to have an especially durable cord.

i've tried to get an rma from mp4nation, but they don't have that. i need an physical address where i can return them. that requires a one stop trip to the... ....READ PRODUCT DETAIL
